DESIGN FLASH STOOL
DESIGN INTENT: I wanted to design a small run production stool for the top end market utilising industrial technologies.
INSPIRATION: On my recent travels around Australia I have been regularly placed on the aircraft wing.
The inspiration for the design of Flash came from the detailing of the wing profile, in particular the way it kicks up at the end and tapers off.
MATERIALS: Leather, plywood and aluminium.
