DESIGN LIL' GYM (GYM IN A BACK PACK)
DESIGN INTENT: After thirty years in the fitness industry, I decided to design a piece of exercise equipment that actually works, for everybody. This product has no prejudice. This is a personal gym that can be used by young and old, by the disabled, by beginners and professionals, Olympians and Paralympians, home users and travellers, and for physiotherapy purposes. It can be used sitting, standing or kneeling, and has no weight-bearing Lil"Gym can be flat packed.

MATERIALS: Moulded from recyclable plastic and weighing approximately 1.5 kilos with 3 x 3 resistance bands and six variable strength settings, it provides the same resistance exercise workout as an entire gym of multi station equipment.
The Velcro webbing hinges, handles and rubber replaceable resistance bands can be flat packed with the body as a self assembly product.
