DESIGN POISED CHAIR

DESIGN INTENT: To use a commercially sustainable ply as a
laminating veneer has the benefit of being strong and lightweight with the aesthetic solid wood. The form of the chair uses minimal material to maximum visual and structural effect allowing the sitter to be suspended within a structure that moves outside of ergonomic.

INSPIRED BY: Chards of jewelled light cascade in a living chandelier through the moiré of rainforest canopy, held in suspension, poised momentarily, captivating, anticipating the next move.
